Dashboard Service Status

The diagram above shows all the statuses of Weincloud Dashboard service in a time line.

When a user activates Weincloud Dashboard service and then stops using this service, the status changes. Below is a comparison of the statuses.

Note

  • After a subscription expires, there will be a 7-day period during which the Dashboard service may still be used normally.
  • If no new subscription is added within the 7-day period after expiry, the Dashboard service for the HMI will be disabled. If the subscription is still not renewed within the next 90 days, all historical data saved in the Dashboard service will then be deleted for the HMI.
  • Differences between Unsubscribed and Disabled statuses:
    • Unsubscribed: No history data is preserved.
    • Disabled: Data cannot be sent or viewed but prior history data is preserved.

Trial

First-time users of Dashboard are encouraged to use the 90-day free trial first and add the subscription later when feeling satisfied.

The change of status during a trial period:

The system capabilities are the same during the trial period, only the number of times of tag history backup is limited.
